The Operation School Bell® Program clothes school age children with school uniforms, shoes, undergarments and provides backpacks, books and basic school supplies.

The Kids on the Block puppet program educates children on the topics of bullying, the dangers of smoking and disabilities.

Our Chapter house provides meeting space for Senior Programs such as the Friendship Club, Golden Age Senior Club, Senior Men’s Club, and EYE-DAS.

The Hospital Services Program has two parts.  We provide magazines to the waiting rooms of our local hospital and also give basic baby supplies and gently used clothing to new mothers in-need.

Assisteens® Auxiliary Programs
The Book Buddies Programs provides one-to-one reading time for children at the public library. Seasonal decorations are provided for the pediatric and maternal child wing of the local hospital. Assisteens also visit and entertain seniors at retirement facilities and hospitalized children.

Las Alas Auxiliary Programs
Hospital Activity Kits are assembled and donated to children staying in the hospital. The Hug-a-Bear Program provides teddy bears to Police and Fire personnel to be given to children in stressful and traumatic situations. Kaboodle and school kits are assembled for Operation School Bell.
